Rachel Craven

Rachel Craven has a background in HR and recruitment, with experience working in various companies and organizations. Rachel currently holds the position of Global Employer Brand Manager at Convatec, where Rachel focuses on finalizing and activating the new global employer brand and EVP. In their previous roles, Rachel has managed recruitment processes, provided advice and support to stakeholders, and trained in-house recruiters on talent attraction techniques. Rachel also has a degree in BA Hons in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Hull.
