Anna Fleetwood

Anna Fleetwood is a seasoned professional in recruitment communications, currently serving as the Global Employer Brand Manager at Sage since July 2022. In this role, Anna is responsible for developing and marketing the Sage Employer Value Proposition (EVP), leading a team to drive cultural change and enhance talent attraction and retention. Prior to this, Anna was the Agency Director at Sparks Careers and Jupiter Advertising from 2014 to June 2022, where expertise was applied in transforming recruitment strategies for notable brands. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment Communications and Client Services Director at Feather Brooksbank, where team management and client relations were key responsibilities. Anna began her career as an Account Director at Brilliant Media, building a strong foundation in account handling after graduating with a BA Hons in English and Media from Leeds Trinity University.
