Rachel Hadley

Rachel Hadley is an experienced project manager with expertise in technical project management and new product development, particularly in the advanced wound care sector. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Project Manager at Convatec since November 2023, Rachel previously held roles such as Programme Manager at Broughton and Head of Scientific and Technical at Scapa Healthcare. Throughout a career that includes positions at Acelity as Research and Development Project Manager and SYSTAGENIX Wound Management as Technical Project Manager, Rachel has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemistry from the University of Central Lancashire.
