Whitni R. has a diverse work experience beginning in 2008 when they worked as a Teacher - Special Education for the Board of Education. In 2010, they became an Owner/Operator for barre3. In 2014, they were a Senior Specialty Territory Manager for Bausch Health Companies Inc. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Product Manager for Wright Medical. Currently, Whitni R. is a Director of Marketing for Orthofix and will soon transition to a Director of Marketing role for Conventus Flower Orthopedics in 2022.

Whitni R. holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Freed-Hardeman University.
