Zachary Jacobs

Zachary Jacobs has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Zachary worked as an Analyst at Strategic Realty Capital from 2010 to 2011. Then they joined GPI Companies as an Analyst, where they underwrote and coordinated due diligence for various real estate investments. In 2012, they worked at JADE Enterprises as an Analyst, conducting due diligence and financial analysis for potential office and retail acquisitions. During the same year, they also worked as an Acquisitions Associate at FirstCity Financial Corp. & Wakestorm Capital, where they conducted due diligence on over 950 properties and interacted with brokers. From 2015 to 2018, Zachary worked at Baycrest Capital as a Co-founder, performing valuations on real estate for debt acquisitions. Currently, they are working at Conventus Holdings Corp., where they have held several roles, including Senior Credit Analyst, Vice President of Capital Markets, Director of Capital Markets, and Managing Director of Capital & Credit. In these roles, they have been responsible for underwriting loans, managing the Capital Markets group, and overseeing property level underwriting and business plan underwriting.

Zachary Jacobs obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Economics from UCLA. Zachary attended UCLA from 2007 to 2011.
