Ajit Deshpande

Ajit Deshpande has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Ajit is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Convera since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Western Union as the Leader, Solution Engineering from July 2017 to March 2022. Ajit also held multiple roles at Redknee, including Head of R&D CRM from June 2016 to July 2017, R&D Manager from November 2012 to June 2016, and Manager, Product Operations from January 2011 to November 2012. Ajit started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they worked as a Technology Lead from February 2004 to January 2011. Ajit also worked as a Consultant at Telenet from 2004 to 2011 and as a Member DART at IDeaS Revenue Solutions from 2002 to 2004.

Ajit Deshpande attended IMED from 2000 to 2002 but did not obtain a degree. Before that, from 1997 to 2000, they attended the National Defense Academy. Their earlier education was at Sainik school bijapur from 1990 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Ajit obtained the SAFe Agilist Certification in August 2019 and the TOGAF® Certification in 2019. Ajit also holds the ITIL ® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, obtained in March 2005, and the Sun Certified Java Programmer certification, obtained in December 2002. Ajit has additional certifications in Software Architecture, Speaking Confidently and Effectively, and Mastering Agile, but the specific dates are not provided.
