Donna Carr

Donna Carr possesses extensive experience in engineering management and leadership within the technology sector. At L3Harris Technologies, Donna served as Director of Engineering for both Hardware Performance and FPGA, alongside a role as Senior Engineering Manager from January 2020 to February 2025. Prior to this, Donna held various engineering positions at Harris Corporation from April 2007 to July 2019, including Project Engineer and Electrical Engineer. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure at IBM as a Staff Engineer, specializing in digital logic design for the PowerPC Embedded Microcontroller family of processors. Donna holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, completed between 2008 and 2011.
