David Jonáš

David Jon is an experienced IT service management professional currently serving as the SACM Licensing Service Manager for the Welsh Government since September 2021, working remotely. Prior to this role, David held positions including Service Operations Manager for the Metropolitan Police via Capgemini and Service Manager at the National Crime Agency, where responsibilities included overseeing the Tier 2 international network.
