Michael Barker-Fyfe

Michael Barker-Fyfe is a seasoned professional in key account management, currently serving as the National Manager, Key Accounts at Convera since March 2022, overseeing relationships in the higher education market across Canada and the United States. Prior to this role, Michael held the same title at Western Union Business Solutions from November 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included developing relationships with treasury and accounting staff at universities and ensuring effective solutions focused on AML compliance. Michael's experience also includes serving as Regional Director for both Western Canada at Western Union and Travelex Global Business Payments, where strategic sales management and client retention were key focuses. Michael began a career in sales at Custom House Global Foreign Exchange as the National Manager of the Private Client Division and holds degrees from St. John's-Ravenscourt and the University of Manitoba.
