Kathleen Wilson

Kathleen Wilson has held various roles in the past 27 years. In 2018, they began working as the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager for Converge, where they provide sales, marketing, administrative and operational support. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as the Operations Manager/Sales Support for 3Dconnexion, managing the processes and organization of a small sales team. From 2000 to 2011, they held four different roles at Muzak Holdings LLC, including Business Analyst/Executive Support, National Accounts Business Systems Manager, National Account Project Manager, and Manager, National Accounts Department. Finally, from 1993 to 2000, they worked as the Advanced Customer Relationship Manager for 3M Health Information Systems, traveling to healthcare providers to install 3M Healthcare software and training customers to utilize it.

Kathleen Wilson attended Ithaca College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management.
