Tanner Knight is an experienced marketing and customer success professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Converge Design and Director of Customer Success at EpiGrid, Tanner focuses on enhancing customer experiences and developing effective marketing strategies. Previously, Tanner held the position of Director of Marketing at FireFly Automatix, responsible for crafting marketing content and training materials. Tanner's early career included a role as Regional Director at Converge Design LLC, providing comprehensive design and manufacturing solutions, as well as leading the SolidServices team at SolidBox, ensuring quality control for hardware products. Tanner holds a Master's degree in Music Performance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance and Music Education from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
