Julia Hamilton

Julia is an MBA 2023 Candidate at London Business School. Prior to the MBA, Julia worked at Goldman Sachs for over 5 years across teams within Operations, Risk Management and Compliance. During her time at Goldman, she was a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and led several initiatives, including co-founding the firm’s global Pronouns Initiative and establishing a Parental Resource Forum. Julia joined the firm as an analyst in 2015 and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. At London Business School, co-president for the Out in Business club, a Student Ambassador and a ROMBA Fellow. Julia earned her BA in Law & Society from American University in 2015. Post MBA, Julia plans to work in the DEI field.
