Valerie Williams (She/Her)

Valerie Williams is the founder and managing partner of Converge Firm, a DEI advisory firm. Prior to founding Converge, Valerie served as the global head of inclusion and diversity at Stripe and as senior manager of diversity programs at Airbnb. Valerie has also worked as an executive search research consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates. Valerie's passion for DEI work stems from their own experiences as a black woman in the tech industry. Through their work at Converge, they hope to help create more inclusive and equitable workplaces for all.

Valerie Williams pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, with a focus in Organizations and Management, Leadership. Valerie also completed an exchange program at Esade for their MBA. Prior to their MBA, Valerie Williams completed a Bachelor of Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
