Frederick Esquillo

Frederick Esquillo is an experienced technical specialist with a diverse background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a People Growth & Productivity Technical Specialist and Technical Trainer/LMS Admin at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. since June 2018, Frederick facilitates training on Fiber Optic Technology, FTTH Overview, and other technical subjects while managing the Learning Management System. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Engineer at the Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association, where Frederick conducted system evaluations and facilitated technical seminars. Frederick has also held various positions at Destiny, Inc./Destiny Cable, including Assistant Manager for Systems Design and Network Planning, where Frederick oversaw the department's activities. Earlier experience includes roles at Cable Communications, Inc. as a CATV Systems Engineer and at Dai Yoon Corporation as an Assistant Line Controller. Frederick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University.
