Djelal Osman has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 with the company Sention, where they served as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) until December 2021. In July 2022, they worked as a Contract Data Scientist for the Norwegian Refugee Council for a period of two months. Currently, they are employed at Converge as an Algorithms Engineer since March 2023.
Djelal Osman began their education in 2007 at UCL, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Astronomy and Physics. Djelal completed this program in 2011. Subsequently, they attended the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics.
