Paula Gould

Paula Gould has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. In 1998, they started their career as a Kaizen Officer at MARS DRINKS and remained in this role until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Training & Improvements Co ordinator at Esterline Technologies Corporation. In 2007, they joined Vertu as an Operations Project Leader and later became a Supply Chain Programme & Training Manager, holding this position until 2016. At McLaren Applied, they worked as a Supply Quality Manager from 2016 to 2018, then served as an Interim Head of Quality from 2018 to 2019, and finally became the Head of Automotive Operations from 2019 to 2020. Paula'smost recent position is Head of Operations at Converge, which they started in August 2020.

Paula Gould attended The Vyne School from 1990 to 1995, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a "Safety for Executives and Directors" certification from the IOSH Managing Safely Course in June 2017. In April 2015, they completed a full modern apprenticeship in Lean Manufacturing BIT L2 Diploma, along with a BIT L2 Technical certificate from Sussex Coast College Hastings. Additionally, they obtained a Prince II certification from SPOCE Project Management Ltd. in February 2015.
