Richard Wollard

Richard Wollard is the Lead Pastor at Springbrook Community Church since September 2008, focusing on discipleship, small groups, leadership development, and adult education. Additionally, Richard serves as an Overseer for Converge MidAmerica since November 2019 and has held various roles on the board since 2006. As a Senior Chaplain with Nationwide Chaplain Services since October 2014, Richard has also served as the Founding and Senior Pastor of Meadowland Church from January 2002 to August 2008. With prior experience as a church planter, manufacturing planner, and operations manager at various companies including Cardinal Health and Baxter Healthcare, Richard combines extensive pastoral and corporate experience. Richard holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
