Ronald F. Bilbao

Ronald F. Bilbao currently serves as the Managing Partner for Climate & Sports at Converge Public Strategies, focusing on environmental and sustainability innovations within the sports industry. As Co-Chairman of Converge:Transport, Ronald advances the interests of global innovators in transportation, mobility, and logistics. In addition to roles at Marcman Solutions and Club Atlético River Plate, where Ronald is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CARP Soccer Academies in Florida, Ronald also leads November Strategies LLC as Founder and CEO, specializing in government relations and political consulting. Previously, Ronald held significant positions such as Vice President and Head of Global Public Affairs at REEF and was involved in various organizations, including the Florida Education Association and SEIU, contributing extensive experience in political and legislative affairs. Ronald is furthering education at the Harvard Kennedy School, holding a B.A. in Political Science, Public Policy, and Latin American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
