Ayrton Criss-Montenegro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ayrton started their career in 2015 as a Technician at Halla Corporation, where they worked as a co-op student at Mando America. In this role, they handled prototype team work requests for brake and steering components, organized the team structure, and managed tooling calibration and expenses reporting.

In 2020, Ayrton joined SafeAeon Inc. as a SOC Analyst, where they focused on monitoring and analyzing security events to protect the organization's systems and information.

From 2015 to 2023, Ayrton worked as a Driver & Team Lead for their own racing program called Ayrton Criss Racing. Ayrton developed customized packages for partners, managed marketing materials, and organized partner events to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
