Karen Lenard Bem

Karen Lenard Bem, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple HR and administrative roles. Karen is currently serving as the People Operations Director at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager at CBI, A Converge Company from June 2022 to February 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at the same company from July 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining CBI, Karen worked as an Administrative Assistant at Creative Breakthrough Inc from January 2018 to June 2022. Karen also served as the Group Human Resources Director at Sunny Smiles Dental Group from August 2012 to June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Office Manager and HR Generalist at Sunny Smiles Dental from April 2008 to August 2012.

Karen Lenard Bem, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University in 2016. In December 2019, they earned the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Green Belt Certification in April 2016.
