Melissa Goemans

Melissa Goemans has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources and talent acquisition. Melissa is currently working as a People Operations Partner at Converge Technology Solutions Corp since May 2023. Before this, they held the position of Director, Talent at Newcomp Analytics from October 2021 to May 2023, and previously worked as a Recruitment Manager at the same company from March 2016 to September 2021. Prior to that, they gained experience in talent acquisition and human resources as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at STAPLES Canada from June 2015 to January 2016, and as a Human Resources Assistant from February 2014 to June 2015. Melissa'scareer began at Aerotek as a Recruiter from January 2013 to February 2014.

Melissa Goemans completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, which they completed in 2012.
