Paul H.

Paul H. has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Paul began their career as a Network Engineer Intern at DPSciences in 1998. After that, they worked at National City Bank as a Network Analyst and later became the On-line Banking Team Leader. In 2004, they joined Allegiant Mortgage / Coleman Financial as a Network Administrator and Loan Officer. In 2006, they returned to National City Bank as a Reporting and Analytics Developer. Paul then transitioned to Safelite AutoGlass as a Predictive Analytics Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst in 2010. In 2014, they joined LPA Software Solutions LLC as a Business Analytics Consultant. In 2017, they became an EHR Data Consultant at Central Ohio Primary Care. In 2018, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Greif, Inc. and then moved on to Converge Technology Solutions Corp. as a Principal Business Analytics Consultant. Currently, they are working as a Business Analytics Manager at Converge Technology Solutions Corp.

Paul H. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communications Technology (MIS) from Ohio University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.

In addition to their degree, Paul H. has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a Cognos Advanced Report Author through IBM. The following year, in 2015, they earned the IBM Certified Specialist - SPSS Modeler Professional certification. In 2016, they obtained the Watson Explorer (Advanced Edition) Analytical Components Professional certification from IBM. In 2019, Paul H. became an IBM Certified Designer - IBM Cognos Analytics Author V11. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau.
