Wayne Keicher

Wayne Keicher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Wayne currently holds the position of Director of Converge Enterprise Cloud Managed Services at Converge Technology Solutions Corp., starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vicom Computer Services from 2014 to 2021, serving as a Service Delivery Manager and in Project Management roles. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Director of Information Technology Services at Cactus Holdings, responsible for IT decisions across multiple divisions. Wayne also held the role of Director of Project Management at Digitalpaperwork LLC from 2007 to 2009, Director of Project Management at Aperio CI Inc. from 1998 to 2007, and Director of Hardware Services at C3i from 1992 to 1998. Wayne began their career at NPA Computers, Inc. in 1987 as a Field Service Technician before being promoted to Field Service Manager. Throughout their various roles, Wayne has demonstrated expertise in IT management, project management, and relationship building with key clients.

Wayne Keicher received their High School Diploma from Forest Hills High School from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they attended Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) from 1986 to 1987, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Wayne Keicher obtained the ITIL\u00ae Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in July 2015.
