Shampa Bagchi is the CEO of ConvergeHub and is obsessed with helping businesses utilize technology to solve complex challenges. She is passionate about exploring the intersection between Business, Technology, and People and their power to change the world. Recognized as a leader in the small business community, Shampa counsels small and medium businesses on how to use the right combination of technology, business process, and user behavior to accelerate their business growth.

Shampa holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and has been at the forefront of the technology revolution for more than two decades. She has been a ‘woman in tech’ long before #womenintech became a movement. With a goal to train future generations in technology, Shampa has founded Onward Academy, an education institute in India, with a strong focus on providing technology education to the youth.
