Convergence Blended Finance
Trang Vandelis has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Manager of Design Funding & Market Acceleration at Convergence Blended Finance since September 2021. Previously, as Sustainable Finance Manager at JCM Power, Trang secured over $5 million in grants for renewable energy projects and founded a Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In an earlier role at Convergence Blended Finance, Trang managed a portfolio of blended finance solutions, achieving significant follow-on investments. Prior experience includes commercial banking at CIBC, where Trang supported a $1 billion loan portfolio, and an investment analyst position at VinaCapital. Trang holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Development from McGill University.

Convergence is the global network for blended finance. They generate blended finance data, intelligence, and deal flow to increase private sector investment in developing countries. Their global membership includes public, private, and philanthropic investors as well as sponsors of transactions and funds. They offer this community a curated, onlineplatform to connect with each other on blended finance transactions in progress, as well as exclusive access to tailored training and original knowledge products such as case studies and reports. To accelerate advances in the field, Convergence also provides grants for the design of vehicles that could attract private capital to global development at scale.
