With a strong background in strategic planning, coaching, and leadership development, Renee has also held firm administrator positions at several reputable CPA firms where responsibilities included overseeing finance, operations, and administrative teams, as well as implementing efficiency-enhancing programs and processes. Notably, during tenures at Copeland Buhl & Company, DS&B, Ltd., Faulk & Winkler, LLC, and Alkon & Levine, PC, Renee initiated various special projects focused on operational improvements, succession planning, and financial reporting enhancements.
