Tamera Loerzel

Tamera Loerzel is a partner at ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, where Tamera has been instrumental since 2001 in helping leaders achieve success through coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development, also serving as a speaker, facilitator, and author. Prior to this role, Tamera was a senior consultant, focusing on leadership, communications, marketing, business development, people engagement, and succession planning. Tamera's experience includes serving as a senior consulting manager and national director of marketing at BDO Seidman, LLP, where Tamera managed the ERP solutions group in Minneapolis and directed national marketing efforts. Tamera also worked as a national sales manager at Sage Software, overseeing the inside sales team and developing marketing strategies for the MAS 90 accounting software division. Tamera holds a BS in Marketing and Management from the University of North Dakota and has participated in Landmark Education since 2002.
