Suehaily Reaves, PMP is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Convergent Energy and Power, previously holding the title of Director of People Operations at Fidelus Technologies. With experience in managing payroll, benefits, and sales operations, Suehaily has excelled in these roles in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Prior to their current roles, Suehaily served as a Business Development Associate at GE Money Bank dba WMC Mortgage Corp. Currently, Suehaily is pursuing their education at Dominican University New York.
