Founder And Chief Scientific Officer at Convergent Genomics

Trevor Levin, Ph.D. has been involved in the medical field since 2006. Trevor began their career as a Doctoral Candidate in Cellular and Molecular Biology with an emphasis in stem cell and cancer biology at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University. In 2012, they took on an Entrepreneurial Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the laboratory of Dr. Joe Gray in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Knight Cancer Institute, OHSU. Trevor's technical training focused on development of novel molecular biology and genomic data analysis methods towards development of noninvasive diagnostic tests to improve early detection and personalized treatment of cancers. In 2015, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Convergent Genomics, a precision medicine company leveraging genomics and machine learning to non-invasively detect cancer through urine, and identify its recurrence months ahead of clinical standards of care.

Trevor Levin, Ph.D. received a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from Oregon Health & Science University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Biology from Willamette University in 2006.
