Jesse Craig has a strong background in quality assurance and software testing. They started their career at National Geographic as an Archive Worker, where they were responsible for implementing an archival system for photographic images. They then worked at Ward Brodt Music Mall as a Keyboard Sales Associate, where they provided consultation, sales, and support for keyboard instruments. At Sony Creative Software, they worked in customer service and technical support, assisting customers with audio-visual creative software products. Jesse later joined Sony Network Entertainment as a Software QA Engineer, focusing on functional testing and localization. They also worked on automated selenium testing and launch preparation for the PlayStation Store web and mobile app. Jesse then transitioned to uTest, where they worked as a Software Tester.
