Previously, Grace held the position of Assistant General Manager at Shane's Rib Shack, LLC from June 2013 to August 2014, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of 15-20 members, and handling various tasks such as inventory control, staff training, budgeting, and marketing. Grace graduated from Midlothian High School with an Advanced Diploma in 2012.
