Caitlyn Harvey

Caitlyn Harvey currently serves as the VP and Head of CMC at Convergent Therapeutics, Inc., beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Caitlyn held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing and Process Development at a stealth mode biotech focused on iPSC, HPC, and Microglia for CNS disorders from January 2022 to November 2023. Previous experience includes Senior Director and Director of CMC at Myeloid Therapeutics, Executive Director of Operations at Picket Fence IP, and various roles at bluebird bio, Pronutria, and Bristol Myers Squibb, culminating in a Principal role in Process Development. Caitlyn began their career as a Development Associate II at UMass Medical School's Massachusetts Biologic Labs. Educationally, Caitlyn earned a BA in Human Ecology with a focus on Entomology and Island Biogeography from the College of the Atlantic and has further educational qualifications from Suffolk University.
