Jacob Roth

Jacob Roth has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jacob began their career in 2009 as an intern at Ball State University, where they quickly advanced to the position of Head of Football Operations. In 2012, they joined Interactive Intelligence as a CaaS System Engineer, and later became a CaaS Senior System Engineer. Since 2014, Jacob has been working at ConvergeOne, starting as a Converged Engineer Team Lead. Jacob then became Manager of Customer Care and is currently serving as the Director of Account Services.

Jacob Roth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University in 2009. Jacob later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Sciences at the same university, completing it in 2012.
