Jacob Roth

Jacob Roth has had a diverse range of work experience. Jacob started their career at Ball State University as an intern and quickly advanced to become the Head of Football Operations. In 2012, they joined Interactive Intelligence as a CaaS System Engineer and later became a CaaS Senior System Engineer. Since 2014, Jacob has been working at ConvergeOne, where they initially held the role of Converged Engineer Team Lead. Jacob then progressed to become the Manager of Customer Care and is currently serving as the Director of Account Services.

Jacob Roth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Jacob later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Sciences at the same university, completing it from 2011 to 2012.
