Prior to founding Conversant Group, John worked as a CRM consultant at Client Profiles. John has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

John Anthony Smith has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Covenant College. John is also a Citrix Certified Expert-Virtualization, and a Citrix Certified Professional - Networking. John has also taken courses in CCEA - Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator, CCSP - Application, Web, & Desktop Deliver + Dynamic Datacenters, and Computer Science: Information Systems from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Finally, they have taken courses from VMWare.
