Josh Nardo

Josh Nardo has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the technology and consulting industry. Josh is currently the VP of Advisory Services at Conversant Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at HBR Consulting as the Managing Director of the IT Strategy Consulting Practice, where they advised CIOs, COOs, and executive leaders on IT strategy, cloud strategy, governance, service delivery, and transformation aligned to enterprise strategy.

Before HBR Consulting, Josh served as the VP Americas for Professional and Consulting Services at Itiviti from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for positioning and delivering professional and consulting services across infrastructure and trading services in the Americas.

From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Global VP Business Solutions & Professional Services at CameronTec Group, overseeing global professional and consulting services positioning and cross-regional services integration. Josh was also the Global Head of Professional and Consulting Services during this time.

Josh's career began at Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in the Advanced Technology Group from 1994 to 1997. Josh then joined Deloitte as a Manager in Technology Integration (eTI) from 1998 to 2004. Josh later worked at Cognizant as a Senior Manager, overseeing the North American Communications practice from 2004 to 2008.

In 2008, Josh joined Greenline Financial Technologies as the Global Head of Professional and Consulting Services. Josh established the professional services as a business unit and expanded it to international locations.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated their expertise in managing global delivery, consultative sales, and delivering IT services. Josh has also been responsible for business development, account management, and overall operations in their leadership roles.

Josh Nardo received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan from 1990 to 1994. Josh then pursued an MBA in Strategy and Decision Science at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1997 to 1999. In 1998, they also completed an MBA in International Business at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
