Paul McAllister

Paul McAllister is a skilled software engineer and team lead with extensive experience in project development and deployment, having worked at conversationHEALTH from 2020 to 2024. In this role, Paul led a team, mentored members, and addressed project features, bug fixes, and roadblocks. Prior to that, roles included an implementation engineer, where Paul coordinated project deployments and updated configurations, and a quality engineer, responsible for automated testing and mentoring. Experience also includes managing teams of educators at 株式会社興学社 Kohgakusha, serving as an ESG researcher at Sustainalytics, and performing quality assurance analysis at Allstate.
