Previously, Karl served as Head Of Propositions at GCI from February 2017 to February 2018, where recognition as an award-winning thought leader was achieved. Karl's prior roles include Innovation Principal at Kcom, leading a major digital transformation, Head of Advanced Contact Services during KCOM's JAMIP acquisition, and various senior consulting positions at Digital Union and Aris. Karl holds multiple degrees, including a Masters in Big Data, Social Physics, and AI Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
