Tyler Tanaka

Tyler Tanaka has extensive work experience in the customer success and technical account management fields. Tyler began their career in 2007 as the Director of Business Development and Head S&C Coach at LeftField Strength & Conditioning, a position they held until 2015. From 2014 to 2015, Tyler worked as a Senior Network Support Engineer at Wave Broadband. Tyler then joined Tableau as a Technical Account Manager, where they worked from 2015 to 2019. After Tableau, Tyler joined Salesforce as a Technical Customer Success Manager and worked there until December 2021. From December 2021 to January 2023, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Astronomer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Conversica starting from March 2023.
