Giota Tzefroni

Giota Tzefroni is a Customer Success Manager looking after the Spanish market. She has a 10-year work experience in Spain in different sectors focused on business analytics and using them for strategic commercial and marketing planning. Prior to Convert Group she has worked as a marketing and commercial development consultant in Endesa and before that as a marketing coordinator in Value Retail focused on destination management and hospitality. She has hands-on experience in 360° marketing campaigns planning and implementation. She is passionate about understanding market trends and consumers needs and transforming them to customer centric activations. Giota holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Piraeus University and a Master Degree in Marketing Direction from Barcelona University.
