Mohamed Ali has a diverse range of work experience spanning several years. Mohamed began their career at Bonian For Construction as a Customer Support Specialist and then moved on to Raya Data Center as a Call Center Support Representative. Mohamed joined Vodafone as a Senior Customer Service Representative and quickly progressed to the premium queue, where they were responsible for new hires and outsourcing agents. After that, they worked at Telecom Egypt as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. At Swvl, they took on the role of Support Team Lead, where they managed and inspired contact center executives, ensured quality control of company conversations, and handled community management and workflow issues. Mohamed then joined Capiter as a Community Support Supervisor before becoming a Community Lead at dKilo. Most recently, they worked at The baby garage as an Operations & Customer Experience Supervisor. Currently, Mohamed Ali is serving as the Operation & Support Team Lead at Convertedin.

Mohamed Ali obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Helwan University Cairo. Mohamed attended the university from 2006 to 2011. Prior to attending university, they attended Al-Fath language school, where they achieved an "Excellent" degree in Secondary School Administration/Principalship in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Mohamed obtained a certification in The Neuroscience of Strategy and Creative Leadership from LinkedIn in February 2023 and a certification in Digital marketing from Uadcity in November 2021.
