José Antonio Romo MacIel

José Antonio Romo Maciel has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. José Antonio is currently working at Convertia as a Customer Success Director, responsible for ensuring customer retention and growth by utilizing the company's technological products. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager de Tecnología at Convertia, where they ensured the timely and high-quality implementation of new projects using agile methodologies.

Prior to their time at Convertia, José worked at Romo Guitars as the Founder of the company, where they led a passionate craftsman workshop specializing in electric guitars and basses.

José Antonio also gained experience at Axity as a Senior Consultant PMO, Processes & Quality. In this role, they led technology implementation projects, managed teams, and utilized various methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall PMI.

José has also held positions at Grupo Lefic, Strategic Impact Solutions, Siemens, IQOM Inteligencia Comercial, and Enfasys Digital, where they gained experience in roles such as Director de Operaciones, Business Consultant/Project Manager, Demand Manager for Healthcare & Corporate Units, MAM IT PMO, CIT Project Manager, IT Chief, and Developer and Support Engineer.

Throughout their career, José has demonstrated expertise in technology implementation, project management, customer success, and leadership.

José Antonio Romo Maciel received a Bachelor's degree in Electronic System Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the period of 1998 to 2003.
