Mayra Silva

Mayra Silva has a strong background in talent management and culture development. Mayra has held various roles in different companies, including Convertia, inConcert, BESO by LLYC, and Agencia B12. Their most recent role was as a Talent & Culture Director at Convertia and inConcert, where they led and supported teams in areas such as talent attraction, training, organizational development, and internal communication. Mayra also played an active role in achieving the Agenda 2030 objectives through their participation in the ESG Committee. Prior to that, Mayra served as a Happiness & OD Manager at Convertia and inConcert. In their previous role as a Manager of Capital Humano at BESO by LLYC, they were responsible for developing and implementing Human Capital initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Throughout their career, Mayra has achieved notable accomplishments, including the implementation of leadership development programs and obtaining certifications for social responsibility and equity.

Mayra Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on organizational communication from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Mayra then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from European Open Grupo Educativo. In addition, they obtained several certifications related to various aspects of HR management and personal development through LinkedIn.
