Reena Uthappa is the Director of Talent and Culture at Plaza Premium Group. Reena has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources.

Reena started their career as a Senior Manager at Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd in April 2013. Reena then moved to Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) in October 2013 as an Assistant Vice President. In April 2009, they joined Air India SATS as a Senior Manager of Human Resources Administrative.

Reena has a proven track record in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations. Reena is passionate about people and developing talent. Under their leadership, the Plaza Premium Group has seen significant improvements in employee engagement and retention.
