Claire Cumming

Claire Cummings is the Founder of The Centre for Digital Assets and Democracy, established in March 2023, which advocates for individual ownership and control of digital assets while promoting accountability among state agencies. Since October 2020, Claire has served as Managing Partner at Cummings Pepperdine LLP, a comprehensive advisory firm specializing in law, tax, and FCA, and simultaneously holds the position of Managing Partner at Cummings Pepperdine, which provides extensive legal support in the crypto sector. Additionally, since June 2018, Claire has been an Advisor at Archax, a regulated digital asset exchange catering to institutional investors. Claire's career began at Cummings in July 2002, where ownership continues, and previously managed Cummings Fisher, a prominent alternative investment law firm in London from January 2019 to October 2020.
