Anne Middleton

Anne Middleton has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Anne is currently the Group Head of Portfolio Optimisation and a Group Executive at Convex Insurance, where they started in September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Ceded Reinsurance and Capital Modelling at Convex from July 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining Convex, Anne worked at XL Catlin, where they were the Global Head of Placement for Ceded Reinsurance from January 2017 to May 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Finance for the Global Energy, Property & Construction division at XL Catlin from May 2015 to January 2017.

Anne also gained experience at Catlin, where they held the position of Head of Group Financial Planning from November 2014 to May 2015 and worked as an ERM Capital Actuary from November 2012 to October 2014.

Anne'scareer started at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from October 2007 to November 2012.

Anne Middleton has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, which they obtained in 2007. Anne also holds the qualification of Qualified Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, which they completed between 2008 and 2010.
