Geraldine Bourke

Geraldine Bourke currently serves as the Head of Underwriting and Claims Legal and Assistant General Counsel at Convex Insurance since September 2019, contributing vast expertise in legal matters related to underwriting and claims. Prior to this role, Geraldine held the position of Legal Director at RPC law firm from May 2013 to July 2019 and was a Senior Associate at Mayer Brown between September 2003 and April 2013. Educationally, Geraldine holds a Master's degree in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed a Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law with European Legal Study from the University of Southampton. Additionally, Geraldine expanded international legal understanding through an Erasmus Scholarship at KU Leuven and a Summer School program at the University of California, Berkeley.
