Shelley Lyddon-Mills

Shelley Lyddon-Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the actuarial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at ATA since September 2023, Lyddon-Mills has held various prominent roles at Convex Insurance since June 2020, including Chief Actuary Bermuda and Interim CFO Bermuda. Previous positions include Non Executive Director at White Oak Underwriting Agency Limited and multiple roles at Hiscox, such as Head of M&A and Ventures, Reserving Actuary, and Group Risk Actuary. Lyddon-Mills began a consultancy role at Aon in 2010 and has a strong educational background, including an Executive Data Science Specialization from The Johns Hopkins University and being a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Lyddon-Mills earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Nottingham.
