Tessa Berridge

Tessa Berridge is a Trainee Underwriter at Convex Insurance since February 2024, previously serving as Senior Programmes Manager and Communications and Events Manager at The Prince's Countryside Fund from May 2019 to February 2024. In those roles, Tessa was responsible for producing press releases, managing media inquiries, fostering stakeholder relationships, and organizing events. Additional experience includes various positions at F.R. Berridge & Son, AICC, and the Royal Agricultural University, where Tessa also served as a Student Ambassador and Postgraduate Officer, founding the RAU Postgraduate Society. Tessa holds a BA in Education Studies with Geography from Durham University and an MSc in Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University.
