Donna Beshara

Donna Beshara has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Donna started their career as a Finance Manager at Continental Airlines in 1995 and then moved on to become a Senior Finance Manager at Stream Global Services from 1999 to 2004. Following that, Donna served as a Brand Finance Manager at Redcats USA from 2004 to 2006, and then as the Chief Financial Officer at Lighthouse Technical Consultants, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Finance Consultant at the Town of Winthrop before joining Convey Health Solutions in 2013. At Convey Health Solutions, Donna has held multiple positions, including Consultant from 2013 to 2014, Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from 2014 to 2021, and currently as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis.

Donna Beshara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and German Language from the University of Pittsburgh, which they attended from 1984 to 1989. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, completing it between 1993 and 1994.
